About the Cabin

This cabin was completely renovated from the studs out in 2008 to a very high standard. The interior was lovingly created with built-ins and rough sawn lumber giving it a warm and inviting feel. The living areas take full advantage of the fabulous view.

The bedrooms are oversized and sure to delight.

The 1300+ sq. ft. of decks make being outside just as comfortable as inside. The hot tub is new and extremely efficient requiring very little maintenance. The entire property requires little maintenance making is the perfect place to relax and have fun!

About the area

Located in Mariner's Haven the cabin has access to one of only 2 marinas on the US side of Lake Koocanusa. The lake is over 90 miles long and it is never busy! The beaches are beautiful soft sand and plentiful!

Rexford is the closest little town and features a very cute pub for a light snack and great atmosphere. Eureka is where you'll buy your groceries at the newly renovated Steins. There is a bowling alley and a movie theatre for those rare rainy days.

In winter, Fernie, Whitefish and Turner Mountain are all within an hours drive for you ski buffs.
